Great FHA News to Share – Rates Dropped as expected!

Great news to share:

1. FHA has increased the loan limit to $472,030.
2. Conventional loan limit has increased to $726,200
3. 5% DPA is back but there are changes to the program. Call me to discuss.
4. Rates have dropped just about 1% in the last 5 weeks. Told ya… they are heading down.
