• I'm a Real Estate Broker helping buyers, sellers and agents for over 40 years helping to make real estate experiences successful.

What is your favorite part about your job?

• The best part of my job is seeing goals achieved. Buyers finding the right home or investment and sellers selling at the highest price possible.

What are your top three strengths?

• Professionally my top 3 strengths are knowledge, negotiation and problem solving to success.
• Personally I am caring, loyal and can keep things private.

What type of customer are you the most excited to work with?

• I love to work with buyers and sellers who know what they want but may not know how to achieve their goals.

The people who know you best know that you LOVE:

• I love to laugh and enjoy life.  I also love to learn and to take a potential problem and find a way to work through it so everyone feels good about it when the situation is over.

What are the top 3 values that are most important to you?

• Honesty
• Privacy
• Diligence

How do you put these values into action?

• I believe the truth is most important. Now that does not mean telling everyone everything and sometimes things need to be kept private but we should always be honest in all that we do. When I’m hired for a job - I do it. I am diligent with the task and exceeding client expectations is critical.

What is the one underlying problem you help your clients solve?

• Everyone’s needs are different. It is important to me to dive deep and find out what my client’s true goals are and to help them achieve their objectives.
